PVC sole ESD shoe has a sole made from antistatic PVC, which is able to disperse static charge. The PVC sole can also wick sweat and prevent slipping. The middle layer of sole contains antistatic EVA to relieve foot pressure and make the sole softer and comfortable. PVC sole is 5 times higher than normal sole in the wear resistant performance. The sole and the upper are formed together in one injection mold and further strengthened by suturing. The ESD shoe can be matched with ESD flooring mat or ESD carpet to conduct the charge on human body to the ground. It is usually used in dust free cleanroom, electronics workshop and semi-conductor industry.
